Arbitration 

At Delehanty Resolutions, we believe that the arbitration process is an efficient, cost-effective way to resolve commercial and intellectual property disputes. John's litigation and arbitration experience over the last 40 years enables him to handle all aspects of arbitration, including: resolving discovery disputes, conducting hearings, ruling on evidentiary issues and issuing cogent and well-reasoned awards. 

In light of his professional credentials and experience, John has been selected to serve on the arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association, the CPR Institute, FINRA, WIPO and also acts as an ad hoc arbitrator.

Mediation

Delehanty Resolutions offers mediation services that enable companies to avoid the cost and risks of litigation. John's extensive litigation experience is an invaluable tool in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of parties' respective positions and helping them reach common ground.  John serves on the mediation panels of AAA, CPR, the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court, New York County, and also acts as a private mediator.

Counseling & Strategy 

In addition to serving as a neutral, John advises clients and counsel on how to achieve success in the arbitration and mediation process. He also is available to conduct pre-litigation settlement negotiations.
